Positional Release is similar to Orthobionomy, Strain Counter-Strain, and Neuromuscular Re-Education. Look in your area for therapists that practice those modilities. I don't know anyone in Santa Barbara who practices this type of work. Also, usually therapist mix these modalities into their sessions, so you probably wont get a treatment of solely that type of work. (mixing the modalities together is fine, however).
