WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE?

Yes, when you complete the course, the server will generate a certificate that you can download and print. It does not mention any hours, however, and is not recognized by any government. It is nice enough, however, to put on your wall.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?

Forever. Our courses never expire. You can view the content whenever you want. Once you complete a course- it just gets moved to the “completed courses” tab in your “my courses” page.

ONCE I HAVE PURCHASED THE COURSE, HOW DO I GET ACCESS?

You will get immediate access to the class once you purchase it.  You will receive a link in your invoice that is emailed to you. You can also just return to the course page and it will allow you access. You can also click the “my courses” button in the upper right on all our web pages and sign in to access your course. If you accidentally complete the course- dont worry, it is still available to you in the “completed courses” tab of your courses.

CAN I GET CEUS FOR THIS COURSE?

No. Providing CEUs varies from state to state, country to country. We are NOT a registered provider for any states in the US, but we do offer a certificate of completion for each course. Those certificates do not mention any amount hours, however. To get the certificate of completion, you don’t need to do anything but to click the “compete course” button, and another button will appear that will allow you to print out the certificate. In some countries, all you need is this certificate, in other places you will need more.

IS THE COURSE THE SAME CONTENT AS THE DVDS?

YES! Our courses are exactly the same content as our dvds, but just around a 40% discount from the dvd prices (and no shipping!) The online classes are the way we are offering a dvds in streaming form. Some of the classes include text, but most of them are only video.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE A TEST TO GET THE CERTIFICATE?

There are no tests in our online courses. You can print the certificate of completion as soon as you tap the ‘complete course’ button.

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE COURSE VIDEO TO WATCH OFFLINE?

No, you cannot download the footage. All the video footage streams over the internet and cannot be saved on your computer for viewing offline.

IS MY INTERNET CONNECTION FAST ENOUGH?

We recommend you watch a couple of the preview lessons to make sure the videos work on your system. Most of the lessons have a preview lesson or two. The footage actually streams from Vimeo servers, so it is usually very good at getting to you.
